These are seedlings grown from a hand-pollination done here at the RSBG utilizing our hardiest form of griffithianum crossed with the newly introduced and stunning species R. polytrichum. The latter species features massive and lightly fragrant white flowers with impressive large, glossy and hairy foliage. These should be vigorous and very large plants eventually with large leaves and comparably large flowers. Please let us know how your plant survives and what the flowers look like when it blooms. These are nice large seedlings.
