A tall-growing and climbing species of Solomon’s Seal, this species can attain heights of 10-12 feet in a rich soil with summer irrigation. The flowers hang in clusters from the axils of the long and narrow, whorled leaves. These are followed by red berries. Perfect planted under large rhododendrons or other shrubs or small trees as the long stems of the Solomon’s Seal will appreciate the support provided by their woody neighbors. From seed collected wild in the Sino-Himalaya.
